A well designed Studio for participants of all levels to excel and feel the betterment of their physical health, fitness and inner most essence through various forms of YOGA, PILATES, BALLET BARRE, VERTICAL FITNESS, ZUMBA, BALL ROOM DANCE, PERSONAL TRAINING and THERAPEUTIC TREATMENTS all with accommodations and amenities in mind.

Michele is joined with like-minded robust, passionate and educated instructors where you will be encourage and guided. Our intention is to warmly welcome you to your practice. All of our classes are open to all levels and modifications will be given as needed. We have a meeting schedule for you!

PRACTICE ETIQUETTE~

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of practice. You will need to sign in & settle in.
  • Please remove shoes before entering the practice room.
  • There are plenty of Cubbies to store your stuff & Dressing Rooms to change if need be.
  • Please honor the policy of silence within the practice space before class begins.
  • Please turn off your cell phone.
  • Please introduce yourself to the teacher and notify them of any injuries or precautionary measures before practice begins.
  • If you should need a block or assisting props for your practice please, grab them beforehand.
  • Mats are available and welcome to be used for your practice. If used, please clean the mat with the mat spray provided when you are finished with practice.
  • Please refrain from wearing any scents in the practice room.
  • Please notify the teacher before class if you prefer not to have hands-on assists with the postures.
  •  If you experience pain or discomfort during any practice, please back off and notify the teacher.

AFTER PRACTICE~

  • Please leave the room quietly to honor the stillness of the practice space. Conversation is welcomed and desired in all other areas of the studio.
  • Feel free to linger and absorb your practice with a friend. Perhaps with a smoothie, juice or tea.
